Testimony

My two closest friends are Darius Bruno and Michael Edghil. I have known Michael since high School and I have known Darius even longer since Junior High. When I first met them, they were both non-Christians. But later they accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and became Christians.

While they both had been saved, I still had not accepted Jesus Christ into my life. In an attempt to evangelize me, my friends would constantly talk to me about God and the blessings I would receive as a Christian. However the more they talked, the more disinterested I became. It was not until a few years had gone by, that I saw the change that God had in their lives… and I wanted God to do the same thing in my life.

So for me, it was more of the difference that I saw in their lives rather than what they said, that brought me to accept Christ. Since accepting Christ, the biggest difference I have noticed is a greater sense of purpose in my life.
