We’re Hiring: Chinese Assistant Pastor (Mandarin & Cantonese Ministry)

The Chinese Baptist Church of Miami is seeking a passionate and dedicated Chinese Assistant Pastor to join our pastoral team. This role focuses on shepherding and spiritually nurturing our Chinese-speaking congregation (Mandarin & Cantonese), in partnership with our Senior Pastor.

Qualifications:

• M.Div. from an accredited seminary (or equivalent).
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); Fluent English and cultural understanding preferred.
• A growing, committed Christian life with a heart for ministry and outreach.
• Embraces Southern Baptist doctrine and Evangelical theology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for building relationships.
• Experience or calling in adult ministry and discipleship.
