We’re Hiring: Assistant Pastor – Youth & English-Speaking Family Ministry

• Start Date: January 1, 2025

The Chinese Baptist Church of Miami is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Pastor to serve in Youth Ministry and Family Ministry for English-speaking adults (especially Chinese-American families). This position plays a vital role in guiding the next generation and nurturing families in their faith journey.

Qualifications:

• M.Div. from an accredited seminary (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (understanding of Chinese culture is a plus).
• A growing, committed Christian with strong moral character.
• Has a heart for youth, families, and outreach.
• Embraces Southern Baptist doctrine and Evangelical beliefs.
• Team player with leadership, teaching, and communication skills.
